Account Transfer
If a telephone account is being transferred from one customer to another,
the existing customer must complete a new application form and will be
charged a $30.00 take-over fee.
Telephone Transfer
If you wish to have your telephone apparatus disconnected or moved to
another location, please contact your nearest Customer Service Centre.
Move Internally
To move the telephone apparatus within the same building, the customer
must submit an Additional Service form. The customer will be billed a
$50.00 shift charge.
To move the telephone apparatus
to a location in close proximity to the existing location, (within 50
meters), the customer must submit an Additional Service form. The customer
will be billed a $50.00 shift charge.
Transfer
To move the telephone apparatus from one area to another, the customer
must submit a new application form. The customer will be charges a $150.00
transfer fee.
