How do I select the numbers for IDD
discounts ?
The numbers are automatically selected. Each month, we will calculate
which IDD numbers have cost the customer the most to call, and then
automatically discount 20% from either 3, 4 or 6 numbers.
If my business has 3 incoming telephone
lines, do I need 3 SmartChoice Business Plans ?
You only require one SmartChoice Business Plan per business account.
The IDD discount is calculated from the calls made from all 3 lines.
You will select your primary line on which Voicemail and the other choice
of features will be applied. You will continue to pay monthly rental
on the other 2 telephones and will receive 20% off the monthly rental
and SmartChoice Business features added to those lines.
