To provide our customers with products that differentiate Cable &
Wireless from the competition, we have developed e.Account, a tool that
allows our customers the ability to view and download into excel their
telephone bills over the Internet.
A customer can download their bills every month and build up a database
of valuable information that can be used for making informed decisions
for managing their business. e.Account is currently being offered free
of charges to our corporate partners around the region.
This service will give our customers the ability to:
- View and download telephone bills (past and current bills, unbilled
call charges, payment plans, service orders) on a monthly basis over
the Internet.
- Build up a database of valuable information that can be used to make
informed decisions.
- Store billing data electronically for easy retrieval and
manipulation.
- Search the telephone directory for telephone, fax and listed mobile
numbers.
e.Account will improve customer service, by reducing customer's reliance
on Front Office staff for mundane tasks of printing bill copies.
e.Account will provide our vital business customers with useful business
analysis information (telephone usage expenditure) for decision-making.
