Working with overseas carriers
Pricing, feasibility, ordering, provisioning and billing at each end
of the circuit must be carefully co-ordinated. Each of these is arranged
with the overseas operator, with support from the Cable & Wireless
account manager and the account manager from the overseas carrier.
Cable & Wireless has developed one-stop shopping arrangements with
many overseas carriers. You can choose either Cable & Wireless or
the overseas carrier to act as the coordinating carrier on your behalf
for far-end pricing, feasibility, contract, provisioning and billing
activities.
In some cases, we have special arrangements with the overseas carrier
to accept orders on a Single Common Order Form. If you order your circuit
using one-stop shopping, you can also choose one-stop billing for both
half-circuits.
