119 or visit one of our Customer Service Centres to discuss your account.
A copy of your bill can be printed for you upon request.
Balance
Contact our customer Service Centres or call 220 and find out the balance
on your telephone account. Get the amount on your last bill and/or your
up-to-date amount.
This is a FREE service.
Directory
We offer local and international directory assistance. Dial 411 for the
operator. Customers calling Directory Enquiries from a fixed line will
be able to make 3 free calls a month. Additional calls will be charged
at 50cents per call and customers will be able to request up to 2 listings
per call. Calls from Mobile phones will be charged at $1.00. Calls from
payphones will remain free of charge.
