We will respond to your needs in a friendly, courteous and attentive manner. We will deliver your service and repairs within the times shown on the chart below. We will be available to receive your fault reports 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will keep you informed. We will offer you the broadest possible range of products and services.

We’re ready to continue to improve the service we offer
Our Service Guarantee

We are continually striving to improve the service we offer. Please do tell us if we fail to meet our delivery and repair times. In return, you will be entitled to claim back the installation or connection charge for the following services:

Telephone line Paging
Cellular phones Telephone features
Internet Voicemail

Where no installation charge applies, you will be entitled to a rebate of the first month’s rental. Filature to repair your telephone line within 12 working hours entitles you to claim EC$15 for each additional 12 hour period that the service remains unavailable. Your rebate will be credited to your next bill.
