Application forms are available at our Customer Service Centres in Roseau
and Portsmouth and at Credit Unions and banks where bills can be paid.
All applicants will be asked to produce a picture ID.
Cable & Wireless prospective customers must complete, sign and submit
the Application for Service form to a Customer Service Center. Copy of
Trade & Business licenses must be produced for Sole Traders with the
application.
Non-nationals and nationals, where Cable & Wireless considers it appropriate,
are required to make a refundable deposit between $1000 and $3000 for
business services and $500 - $1000 for residential services. This deposit
will be refunded without interest two months after service is disconnected
and all bills have been settled.
